Football Recap: Clarendon Comes Up Short

Clarendon fell victim to Baptist Prep and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a blow against the Eagles, falling 48-0. The Lions lost against the Eagles in their previous head to head back in November of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 12-0 score last time.

Clarendon's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Baptist Prep, their win bumped their record up to 3-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Clarendon will square off against rival Poyen at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Baptist Prep is set to challenge their familiar foe Hampton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
