Plattsburg proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by six) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 15-13 victory over the Lexington Minutemen. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Minutemen recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

The victory got Plattsburg back to even at 3-3. As for Lexington, they dropped their record down to 6-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Plattsburg will be playing at home against Mid-Buchanan at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lexington, they will venture away from home to face off against Carrollton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Minutemen's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
