Baseball Recap: Fayette County Takes a Loss

Fayette County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They lost 13-0 to the LaGrange Grangers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Grangers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-1 last Thursday.

Fayette County's loss dropped their record down to 4-19. As for LaGrange, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-9.

Coming up, Fayette County will be playing in front of their home fans against Mary Persons at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for LaGrange, they will head out to face off against Columbus at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
