Volleyball Recap: Hortonville Comes Up Short

The Hortonville Polar Bears came up short against the Manitowoc Lutheran Lancers on Saturday and fell 2-0.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-17.

Brooke Bacus paced Hortonville's offense, picking up four kills. Bacus got some help from Ashlie Sippola and her eight assists.

Hortonville's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Manitowoc Lutheran, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Hortonville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Edgar on the 30th. As for Manitowoc Lutheran, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Notre Dame Academy on the 30th.
