Holy Family lost to Mountain Vista back in September of 2018, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Tigers' pitchers stepped up to hand the Golden Eagles a 6-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won seven contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The win (which was Holy Family's fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Mountain Vista, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.

Holy Family didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 10-1 loss against Windsor on the 6th. As for Mountain Vista, they have also already played their next game, a 6-5 win against D'Evelyn on the 6th.
