Softball Recap: Seckman Find Success

Seckman came out on top against Farmington on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run second inning. The Jaguars walked away with an 8-5 victory over the Knights. The Jaguars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Knights, too.

Kaylee Denman was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Payton Bantle, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Seckman's win bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Farmington, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9.

Coming up, Seckman will venture away from home to take on Oakville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Farmington, they will face off against Chaffee at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Red Devils will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Knights surely won't give up without a fight.
