Football Recap: Fort Sumner/House's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Nine

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Fort Sumner/House walked away with it. They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 50-0 win over the Menaul Panthers. Fort Sumner/House might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by 34 points or more this season.

Fort Sumner/House's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jordan Holland, who threw for 221 yards and three TDs while completing 75% of his passes, and also punched in a pair of scores on the ground. Holland also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing one fumble and making six total tackles. Jalen Shaw was Holland's top target, picking up 78 receiving yards and one touchdown, while also rushing for 72 yards and one score.
