Basketball Recap: Del Oro Takes a Loss

Del Oro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the East Bakersfield Blades, falling 54-31. The Suns were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Blades earlier this season, when they won 26-20.

Despite the loss, Del Oro still got an impressive performance from Ke'Mani Welch, who posted nine points.

Del Oro's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for East Bakersfield, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-9.

As of now, neither Del Oro nor East Bakersfield have any future games scheduled.
