Soccer Game Preview: North Hall vs. Madison County

The North Hall Trojans will head out to square off against the Madison County Red Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Pickens who was credited with the win on Friday. Pickens got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to North Hall's two. North Hall have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Madison County is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Thursday. They came up short against East Forsyth, falling 5-2.

Madison County's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for North Hall, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9.

North Hall couldn't quite get it done against Madison County in their previous matchup back in March of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can North Hall avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
