Soccer Game Preview: Sanger vs. Orosi

The Sanger Apaches will be taking part in a tournament against the Orosi Cardinals at 10:30 a.m. on Friday. Sanger is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.2 goals per game this season.

Last Tuesday, Sanger got the win against Fresno Christian by a conclusive 7-1. Considering the Apaches have won three matches by more than three goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Fresno Christian from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Kaylynn Foltz led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Orosi's offense. They came up short against McLane on Wednesday, falling 4-0.

The victory made it two in a row for Sanger and bumps their season record up to 5-1. As for Orosi, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3-1.
