Baseball Game Preview: Milford Eagles vs. Beavercreek Beavers

The Milford Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Beavercreek Beavers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Milford has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with three straight defeats, while Beavercreek will come in with three straight victories.

Milford lost 9-1 to St. Xavier on Thursday.

Milford saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sammy Cooper, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Meanwhile, Beavercreek faced Olentangy Liberty in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Beavers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Patriots. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Beavers have posted since March 28th.

Beavercreek's win bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Milford, their loss dropped their record down to 13-13.
