Baseball Recap: West Forsyth Takes a Loss

After flying high against Denmark last Friday, West Forsyth came back down to earth. The Wolverines fell 9-5 to the North Atlanta Warriors on Tuesday.

Colton Sweat was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Charlie Delp, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

West Forsyth's loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for North Atlanta, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-8.

While West Forsyth had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
