Basketball Recap: Mountain View Comes Up Short

Mountain View and Leigh squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Mountain View had to settle for second. They took a 47-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Leigh Longhorns. If the Spartans were looking for revenge after losing 34-23 to them when the teams met back in February of 2017, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 19-5. As for Leigh, their win bumped their record up to 12-13.

As of now, neither Mountain View nor Leigh have any future games scheduled.
