Softball Recap: Mount De Sales Academy Starts Season with Loss at Home

Mount de Sales Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 12-0 to the St. Anne-Pacelli Vikings on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it 17 in a row.

St. Anne-Pacelli now has a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mount de Sales Academy will take on Bulloch Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Anne-Pacelli, they will head out to challenge Calvary Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Knights will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Vikings surely won't give up without a fight.
