Propelled by five state championships, Eden Prairie is the most dominant high school football team from Minnesota over the last decade.
Based on MaxPreps methodology, the Eagles amassed 336 points from play over 2010 to 2019 to edge Caledonia, which finished second with 318 points.
Eden Prairie won state titles in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2017 — finishing undefeated in three. It was ranked among the state’s top four teams in nine of 10 seasons.
Caledonia has won eight AA titles — in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 — finishing unbeaten in six of those seasons.
