Basketball Recap: Yreka Takes a Loss

Yreka saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 40-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Amador Valley Dons. The game marked the Miners' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Yreka's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Amador Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-7 record this season.

Yreka will take on Berean Christian in a tournament on Monday. As for Amador Valley, they will be taking part in a tournament against Carlmont at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
