St. Patrick-St. Vincent and Half Moon Bay squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but St. Patrick-St. Vincent had to settle for second. They took a 52-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Half Moon Bay Cougars. The Bruins' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Half Moon Bay got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Makena Glynn out in front who shot 64% from beyond the arc on her way to 21 points in addition to six boards and three blocks. That's the most rebounds Glynn has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Delaney Dorwin, who scored 12 points along with eight boards and five assists.

St. Patrick-St. Vincent's defeat dropped their record down to 15-15. As for Half Moon Bay, they pushed their record up to 20-7 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

St. Patrick-St. Vincent does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Half Moon Bay, they have already played their next matchup, a 52-47 victory against West Campus on the 6th.
