Baseball Recap: Arabia Mountain Takes a Loss

Arabia Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 18-5 to the Shiloh Generals. That's two games in a row now that the Rams have lost by exactly 13 runs.

Nicholas Knott was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases and one RBI. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March of 2024. Daniel Veal also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Arabia Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Shiloh, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-7.

While Arabia Mountain had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
