After each having a week off, the GRACE Christian Eagles and the St. David's Warriors will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. GRACE Christian is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

The Eagles' leading receiver Christopher White was Waters' top target yet again, picking up 159 receiving yards and three TDs.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to GRACE Christian's defense and their three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Keaton Kryder, Jackson Green, and Jay Davis, who each picked up one sack apiece.
Meanwhile, St. David's faced Faith Christian in a battle between two of the state's top teams last Friday. The Warriors took a 48-30 bruising from the Patriots. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
GRACE Christian will have to keep a close watch on Spence Saik and Mccauley Steele, a pair of players who had a big impact on St. David's prior game. Saik threw for 285 yards and three touchdowns while completing 90.9% of his passes, while Steele picked up 147 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Steele really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 75 yards.
St. David's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for GRACE Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.
Everything came up roses for GRACE Christian against St. David's in their previous meeting back in October of 2021, as the squad secured a 51-0 win.
