Basketball Game Preview: GRACE Christian Eagles vs. Greensboro Day School Bengals

GRACE Christian hasn't had much luck against Greensboro Day School recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Bengals at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Friday, GRACE Christian was fully in charge, breezing past Thales Academy Rolesville 70-32.

GRACE Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Player #5 out in front who shot 67% from the field to rack up 15 points. Gradyn West was another key player, as he made all 6 shots he took to post 16 points.

Meanwhile, Greensboro Day School hadn't done well against Carmel Christian recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Bengals secured a 48-44 W over the Cougars.

The win got GRACE Christian back to even at 1-1. As for Greensboro Day School, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

GRACE Christian might still be hurting after the 55-33 defeat they got from Greensboro Day School when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
