Sherwood Christian Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against Terrell Academy on Saturday, falling 16-0. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 16 in a row.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sherwood Christian Academy will square off against Fullington Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Terrell Academy, they will challenge Southland Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Terrell Academy is coming into the contest hot, having won their last eight games dating back to last season.
