After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Dacula, Ridgeland was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They skirted past the Coahulla Creek Colts 6-5. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Jordyn Thomas was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs. That's the most runs she has posted since back in August. The team also got some help courtesy of JaMiah Lewis, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Ridgeland's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Coahulla Creek, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-11.
