Baseball Recap: Gordon Central Comes Up Short

Gordon Central lost to Christian Heritage on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Warriors came up short against the Lions, falling 7-1. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gordon Central saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jared Harper, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one RBI.

Gordon Central's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Christian Heritage, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-9.

While Gordon Central had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
