Soccer Preview: Atkinson County vs. Cook
The Atkinson County Rebels will face off against the Cook Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Atkinson County will be looking to extend their current 13-game winning streak.
On Friday, Atkinson County made easy work of Metter and carried off a 5-1 win. The result was nothing new for Atkinson County, who have now won ten matchups by three goals or more so far this season.
Atkinson County used a slightly different lineup for their bout with Metter. Three players got more time on the pitch than they're used to: Cesar Rodriguez (80), David Contreras (80), and Ricky Vargas (80). The trio had averaged 51.4, 47.8, and 55.4 minutes respectively before Friday's game.
