Softball Recap: Arnett Comes Up Short

Arnett fell victim to Leedey and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 10-0 to the Bison. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Wildcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Arnett's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 14-20. As for Leedey, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Arnett and Leedey will both be playing Beaver the next time they take the field. The Bison will host the Dusters on Thursday, while the Wildcats will host them on Friday.
