Basketball Recap: Hill School Takes a Loss

Hill School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 60-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of Shipley. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Rams came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 20th, while Shipley are ranked 64th).

Hill School's defeat dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Shipley, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hill School has already played their next game (against William Penn Charter), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Shipley will challenge Freire Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
