Delaware County Christian came tearing into Friday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Jenkintown Drakes by a score of 38-31. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 218th, while the Drakes are ranked 492nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Delaware County Christian has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-2 record this season. As for Jenkintown, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Delaware County Christian will head out to square off against Sacred Heart Academy at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Jenkintown, they will challenge Morrisville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Jenkintown is facing Morrisville at the right time seeing as Morrisville is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
