After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Schley County, Jordan was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Carver Tigers 18-3. The Red Jackets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by ten runs or more this season.
Kade Evans made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
In other batting news, John Dollar was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Bradley Smith, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4.
