Baseball Recap: Drew Charter Comes Up Short

After flying high against Business Engineering Science Tech last Wednesday, Drew Charter came back down to earth. Drew Charter lost 10-0 to the Redan Raiders on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Redan this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 last Tuesday.

Drew Charter saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Karlos Crane, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double.

Drew Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Redan, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Drew Charter wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 17-0 loss against Dominion Christian on the 2nd. As for Redan, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 15-0 win against Salem on the 28th.
