Volleyball Recap: Richlands Takes a Loss

Richlands was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Croatan Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 4th.

Richlands' loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Croatan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-7 record this season.

Richlands will look to defend their home court on Thursday against West Carteret at 6:00 p.m. As for Croatan, they will square off against Pamlico County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
