Football Game Preview: Roosevelt Teddies vs. Harding/Humboldt/Open World Learning

The Roosevelt Teddies will face off against Harding/Humboldt/Open World Learning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Roosevelt is looking for their season's first win.

Roosevelt's offense might be in the hot seat on Thursday considering what happened against North Community on Friday. They took a blow against the Polars, falling 61-0. While losing is never fun, the Teddies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota football rankings (they are ranked 290th, while the Polars are ranked 92nd).

Meanwhile, Harding/Humboldt/Open World Learning scored the most points they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They had to suffer through a 42-13 loss at the hands of Johnson.

Harding/Humboldt/Open World Learning's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Roosevelt, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

Roosevelt took a serious blow against Harding/Humboldt/Open World Learning in their previous matchup back in September of 2022, falling 53-0. Can the Teddies avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
