Softball Recap: Hart County Takes a Loss

Hart County fell victim to Greenbrier and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Wolfpack, falling 8-0.

Hart County's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Greenbrier, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hart County will challenge Washington-Wilkes at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Greenbrier, they will face off against Harlem at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Wolfpack's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
