Baseball Recap: South Atlanta Comes Up Short

South Atlanta and Pierce County squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but South Atlanta had to settle for second. They lost 18-0 to the Bears. The Hornets' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

South Atlanta's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Pierce County, they have been performing well recently as they've won 17 of their last 22 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-8 record this season.

As of now, neither South Atlanta nor Pierce County have any future games scheduled.
