Baseball Recap: Terrell County Comes Up Short

Terrell County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 18-3 to the Baconton Charter Blazers. That's two games in a row now that the Greenwave have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Terrell County's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Baconton Charter, their win was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-1.

Looking ahead, Terrell County will challenge Pelham at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Baconton Charter, they will welcome Pataula Charter Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pataula Charter Academy will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Baconton Charter surely won't give up without a fight.
