Soccer Game Preview: Hemet vs. Rancho Verde

Hemet is 4-0 against Rancho Verde since December of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Hemet Bulldogs will look to defend their home pitch against the Rancho Verde Mustangs at 5:00 p.m.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Hemet turned things around against Orange Vista on Thursday. Neither they nor the Coyotes could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked the Bulldogs' first draw of the season.

Meanwhile, Rancho Verde played to a draw too, finishing 2-2 against Paloma Valley.

MIA Z was the only thing that stood between Rancho Verde and a shutout considering she scored both of Rancho Verde's goals, bringing her season total up to three goals.

Rancho Verde's draw makes their record 4-6-3 this season. As for Hemet, they moved theirs to 2-10-1.

Hemet beat Rancho Verde 2-0 when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Does Hemet have another victory up their sleeve, or will Rancho Verde turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
