Twentynine Palms came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Coachella Valley Mighty Arabs by a score of 53-42. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 53-36 two weeks ago.

Coachella Valley's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Paulina Lucero, who posted ten points. Mariah Figueroa was another key player, putting up 15 points along with five boards and three blocks.

Twentynine Palms is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season. As for Coachella Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 15-6.
