Soccer Recap: Lakeside Gets the Win

It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Lakeside ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They skirted past the Shiloh Generals 2-1. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Vikings were the better team in the second half.

Lakeside's victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lakeside will host Rockdale County at 7:30 p.m. on March 7th. Shiloh will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Jackson at 8:00 p.m. on March 7th.
