Softball Recap: Decatur Beats Arabia Mountain for Their Fifth Straight Win

Decatur waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the Arabia Mountain Rams 18-2. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by seven runs or more this season.

Decatur's win bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Arabia Mountain, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Decatur will face off against rival Woodward Academy at 5:30 p.m. on the 30th. Meanwhile, Arabia Mountain is set to square off against their familiar foe Tri-Cities at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
