Basketball Recap: Clear Brook's Undefeated Season over After Seven Games

Clear Brook was the 83-69 winner over Tompkins when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolverines took a 47-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons on Saturday. The contest marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Clear Brook fell to 6-1. As for Tompkins, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clear Brook will welcome Dobie at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolverines will be up against the Longhorns' rather soft defense (which has allowed 51.14 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Tompkins, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Bridgeland at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
