Soccer Recap: Peachtree Ridge Comes Up Short

After flying high against West Hall last Tuesday, Peachtree Ridge came back down to earth. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Dacula Falcons who were credited with the win on Friday. The Dacula Falcons got it done in the shootout by posting six goals to the Peachtree Ridge Lions' five. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Peachtree Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Dacula, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Peachtree Ridge will be playing in front of their home fans against Berkmar at 7:30 p.m. on March 7th. As for Dacula, they will head out on the road to take on West Hall at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
