            Football Recap: New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners vs. Roy/Mosquero Blue/Lady Blue        
        
		
        
        
            New Mexico School for the Deaf lost against Roy/Mosquero back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Thursday. The Roadrunners were beaten by the Blue/Lady Blue 80-37. The Roadrunners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

 When it comes to explaining why New Mexico School for the Deaf lost, don't look at  Santiago Lopez. Despite the final result, he rushed for 136 yards and two  scores on only 11 carries, and also picked up 70 receiving yards and a pair of  touchdowns. Lopez is  crushing it when it comes to  rushing touchdowns: he's   punched in at least two every time he's  taken the field this season.  Tyler Todorovic was another key player, throwing for 170 yards and three  TDs.
New Mexico School for the Deaf now  has a losing record of 1-2. As for Roy/Mosquero,  the  victory  got them back to even at 1-1.
 Coming up, New Mexico School for the Deaf will face off against Oklahoma School for the Deaf at 2:00  p.m.  on  the 20th. As for Roy/Mosquero, they will take on Grady at 7:00  p.m.  on  the 19th. The Blue/Lady Blue will need to watch out since the Bronchos have now posted at least 31  points  every time they've taken the field this season.
