Baseball Recap: Echols County Comes Up Short

Echols County lost against Charlton County on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wildcats lost 19-4 to the Indians. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Echols County saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was JP Dees, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Echols County's loss dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Charlton County, their win was their tenth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 24-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Indians beat Echols County by a score of 19-0 later that day.
