Softball Recap: Shawnee Comes Up Short

Shawnee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 10-3 to the Claremore Zebras. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Zebras this season, with their most recent defeat being a 5-0 loss on Wednesday.

Shawnee's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11-1. As for Claremore, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-13.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Zebras beat Shawnee by a score of 5-0 later that day.
