Soccer Game Preview: Glendora vs. Diamond Bar

The Glendora Tartans are taking a road trip to face off against the Diamond Bar Brahmas at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

On Wednesday, Glendora and Ayala finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Diamond Bar didn't have quite enough to beat Bonita on Wednesday and fell 2-1. Diamond Bar have struggled against Bonita recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Diamond Bar's loss dropped their record down to 3-7-2. Glendora's draw gives them a new season record of 11-0-2.

Glendora got the 'W' when the teams last played on January 7th against Diamond Bar by a conclusive 4-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tartans since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
