Baseball Recap: Heritage Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Dalton, Heritage was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe Warriors. The Generals have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

The victory got Heritage back to even at 1-1. As for Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Heritage will challenge Dade County at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe, they will be playing in front of their home fans against LaFayette at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
