Our Lady of the Sacred Heart had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They really took it to the Ellwood City Wolverine for the full four quarters, racking up a 62-31 victory. The Chargers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matchups by 28 points or more this season.

Several Wolverine players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Delaney Sturgeon, who posted eight points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Elsie Sturgeon, who earned six points.

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart's win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.1 points over those games. As for Ellwood City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-10.

As of now, neither Our Lady of the Sacred Heart nor Ellwood City have any future games scheduled.
