Soccer Recap: The King's Academy Comes Up Short

The King's Academy managed to keep up with Cristo Rey Atlanta until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Knights lost 4-0 to Cristo Rey Atlanta. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Cristo Rey Atlanta this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in March.

The King's Academy has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-6-1 record this season. As for Cristo Rey Atlanta, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2 record this season.

As of now, neither The King's Academy nor Cristo Rey Atlanta have any future games scheduled.
