Basketball Recap: Alhambra Snags Tenth Victory in Last 11 Games

Alhambra won the last time they faced Albany and things went their way on Thursday too. The Alhambra Bulldogs strolled past the Albany Cougars with points to spare, taking the game 46-31. The Bulldogs pushed the score to 43-18 by the end of the third, a deficit the Cougars cut but never quite recovered from.

Alhambra has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record this season. As for Albany, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alhambra will welcome Campolindo at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Albany, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against El Cerrito at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
