Basketball Recap: Righetti Piles Up the Points Against Corcoran

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Righetti). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Corcoran Panthers 68-32. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Corcoran's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Natalie Luna, who posted 11 points and three steals, and Zoee Cabral, who put up nine points and five rebounds. Luna has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 15 times she's played.

Righetti's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Corcoran, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Hanford West the next time they take the court. Righetti will head out to face Hanford West at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Corcoran will head out to face them at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
