Soccer Recap: Iowa Falls-Alden Takes a Loss

Iowa Falls-Alden was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Humboldt Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Humboldt this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-1 back in April.

Iowa Falls-Alden's loss dropped their record down to 0-12-1. As for Humboldt, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-2-1.

Iowa Falls-Alden wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 6-0 defeat against Clear Lake on the 5th. As for Humboldt, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against South Hardin on the 1st.
